Qualifications

• 1-2 years of food service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service.
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu.
• Take guests' food and/or drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve beverages and meals accurately and timely.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies including checking IDs.
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenish items as needed.
• Suggest desserts, coffee and other items as appropriate.
• Handle cash and card payments following SOPs.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Listen and respond to customer feedback.
• Participate in closing procedures as assigned.
