Job summary

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Paradise Valley is seeking a Part Time Food & Beverage Server to deliver warm, attentive service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant. You will greet guests, describe menu items, and help create memorable dining experiences in a resort environment inspired by Moroccan and Southern Spanish heritage.

The role requires at least 1 year of serving experience, wine knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience, preferably in high-volume or upscale environments.
• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and beer.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and anticipate their needs to provide personalized service.
• Provide outstanding service to members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain familiarity with menus and beverage offerings, including wine service.
• Take food and beverage orders and upsell where possible.
• Communicate with the culinary team regarding dietary needs and special requests.
• Present checks and process payments accurately.
• Assist in seating guests and answering restaurant phones.
• Cross-train in other food & beverage outlets as needed.
