Job summary

The St. James Hotel in Red Wing, MN is seeking friendly, guest-focused servers to join our Front of House team.

Qualifications

• Three to six months related experience or equivalent experience.
• Able to demonstrate good verbal, written, and communication skills with attention to detail and interpersonal relationships with guests and employees.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
• Provide accurate service and ensure high-quality food and beverages are served.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and service areas.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu items, cocktails, wines, and beers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely service.
• Handle cash and reconcile server financials at the end of shift.
