Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ Server experience preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience with a restaurant POS software platform.
• Ability to read and speak English, as needed for service.
• Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety, legible handwriting.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach; responsible and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with attention to sanitation and order.
• Set and rearrange tables for larger parties.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and describe specials.
• Assist guests in selecting food and beverage items.
• Deliver food promptly and confirm orders with chefs/bartenders.
• Maintain clean workstation and manage POS transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a 'Member/Guest Comes First' approach.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and participate in tastings.
