Responsibilities

• Provide immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describe specials and answer questions; suggest menu items when appropriate.
• Take orders and deliver food and beverages promptly after preparation.
• Follow-up to ensure guest satisfaction; replenish items as needed.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests; maintain organized workstation.
• Handle checks and cash transactions; use POS system; follow service standards.
