Qualifications

• 1–2 years of food service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Understanding of fine and casual dining
• Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
• Excellent customer service skills
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service
• Display knowledge of the F&B menu
• Take guests' food and/or drink orders and relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in a timely manner
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies including verifying age
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed
• Suggest and serve dessert, coffee and other items as applicable
• Handle cash and credit payments following procedures
• Keep dining areas sanitized and organized
• Address customer complaints promptly
• Close out shifts per supervisor instructions
• Perform all other duties as assigned
