David's Grill at Red Hawk Golf and Resort in Sparks, NV is seeking a part-time server to deliver an exceptional dining experience to members, golfers, and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service experience preferred.
• Understanding of casual and upscale dining service standards.
• Must meet state requirements for serving alcohol.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular and dependable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Provides prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all members and guests.
• Maintains full knowledge of all food and beverage menus, including daily features.
• Takes accurate food and beverage orders and enters them correctly into the point-of-sale system.
• Serves food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation, safety, and alcohol service standards, including verifying legal drinking age.
• Checks back with guests to ensure satisfaction and anticipates needs.
• Suggests and upsells menu items such as desserts, coffee, and specialty beverages.
• Processes cash and credit card payments according to established procedures.
• Maintains clean, organized, and guest-ready tables, dining areas, and workstations.
• Addresses guest concerns promptly and professionally and escalates when appropriate.
• Maintains a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Completes opening, side work, and closing duties as assigned.
• Supports team members and assists with additional tasks as needed.

Position Summary

As a Server at David's Grill, you'll deliver an exceptional dining experience to our members, golfers, and local guests.
