Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is recruiting part-time servers for Homefield Pub + Social in Green Bay, WI. You will be the face of the restaurant, greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires cash handling and experience with POS systems; prior high-volume serving experience is preferred. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and credit card processing experience is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a server in a high-volume environment is preferred.
• Experience with a POS system in a service or hospitality environment is preferred.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, provide menus, communicate specials, answer questions, take orders, serve items, and attend to guests’ needs.
• Enter orders into POS accurately so kitchen and bar can prepare items.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verify age, and follow alcohol policies.
• Prepare and deliver checks, process payments.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen, and bar staff.
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties as assigned.
• Ensure equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and working properly.
