Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Bartender for Homefield Pub & Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. You will serve beverages responsibly while delivering an excellent guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

This tipped position lists $10.00 per hour base pay (tips not included). Benefits such as weekly pay, training, employee discounts, and flexible schedules are offered; eligibility for health and other insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and education assistance may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
• Experience in cash handling and credit card processing.
• Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change.
• Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.

The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Bartenders to join our team at Homefield Pub & Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Please note this is a tipped position, the hourly minimum pay listed doesn't include any potential tipped earnings.
