Job summary

Bella Vista Country Club is seeking a Part-time Server to deliver a friendly, professional dining experience under the Restaurant/Bar Manager. You will serve multiple tables, take orders, upsell food and drinks, handle payments, and maintain a clean dining area.

The role requires standing most of the shift, ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and ensuring guests’ satisfaction while observing safety and ID checks for alcohol service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods (up to 5 hours).
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic mathematical ability to make change and handle payments.
• Knowledge of dining room/service procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve three to four tables as determined by management.
• Enter and complete customers’ orders on computer system; process payments.
• Sell alcohol and food items.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the dining area.
• Check IDs for alcoholic beverages and enforce age restrictions.
