Resort Lifestyle Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Server to create meaningful dining experiences for residents. You'll join a collaborative team, respond to feedback, and contribute to a caring community environment.

No prior experience required, you must be 15+ and able to communicate in English. You will obtain food handler permits within two weeks and assist in Casual and Fine Dining, clearing tables, taking orders, and delivering room service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 15 years of age or older.
• No previous work experience required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with residents, guests, and employees.
• Ability to secure required food handler permits within two weeks of hire.
• State regulations may require certain applicants to obtain a work permit; guidance provided by Community Manager.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, offering beverages, and proactively meeting service needs.
• Create memorable moments in Fine Dining by greeting tables, guiding menu selections, taking orders, and serving courses from beverages to desserts.
• Clear and reset tables; handle dishes; fill and refilling water carafes; set tables before meals.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to resident comments or concerns and share feedback with a manager when needed.
• Jump in to help where needed by completing support tasks assigned by supervisors.
