Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Florida is seeking a part-time Server to create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will greet guests, present menus, suggest dishes, take orders, and assist with drink selection in a warm, attentive manner.

You will use our POS system, collaborate with the kitchen and fellow team members, and ensure dining room openings and closings are completed according to community standards.

Qualifications

• A big smile and compassionate approach to residents.
• If under 18, must provide school/work authorization.
• Server should hold a Food Handler's Card or be willing to obtain one.
• Strong presentation and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus; assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen via the POS system.
• Perform dining room opening and closing duties as required by the community.
