Allure Lifestyle Communities is seeking friendly, energetic part-time servers for Lakeside Manor in Reno. You will help create a warm dining experience for residents, ensuring timely service, answering menu questions, and maintaining clean, well-presented dining areas throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude and passion for exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as a team member.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to resident experience.
• Ability to stand/walk long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive and memorable dining experience for all residents and guests.
• Welcome residents with warmth, professionalism, and outstanding service.
• Respond promptly to requests, ensuring residents feel valued.
• Prepare and maintain dining sections, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and daily specials.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation standards.
• Pre-bus, clear, clean, and reset tables for smooth service.
• Support teammates during busy meal periods for seamless service.
• Maintain professional appearance and team-focused attitude.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
