Resort Lifestyle Communities in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a part-time server to create welcoming dining experiences for residents. You will support casual and fine dining sections, greet guests, take orders, and help keep the dining room organized.

No prior work experience is required and candidates must be at least 15. English communication is essential, and food handler permits may be required within two weeks of hire.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the dining experience by assisting residents in Casual Dining, carrying trays, and serving beverages.
• Greet tables warmly and guide residents through menu selections in Fine Dining.
• Clear and reset tables, handle dishes, refill water carafes, and set tables.
• Vacuum carpets, clean the salad bar, and perform other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Deliver room service meals and pick up trays with a friendly attitude.
• Listen to resident feedback and report concerns to a manager.
• Help with supporting tasks as assigned by supervisors.
