Job summary

Palmetto Bluff is seeking a part-time Server at Cole's/Moreland Club in Bluffton, SC. The server will take orders, prepare cocktails to standards, and ensure guest satisfaction while acting as a partner to the venue’s goals and values.

The role requires 2 years of server/cocktail experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of spirits, wine and food. Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays are expected. 21+ and SC server training eligibility apply.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a server/cocktail in a similar restaurant environment.
• Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food are required.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently as well as having basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends and holidays.
• All Palmetto Bluff employees who serve alcohol or who oversee employees who serve alcohol must obtain or hold a valid SC-approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate (company reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Interact one on one with guests to take orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare cocktails utilizing company service standards.
• Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the venue with full menu knowledge.
• Collaborate with management, bartenders and service staff to fulfill guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of equipment and supplies.
