Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a server/cocktail in a similar restaurant environment.
• Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of Spirits, Wine and Food are required.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently as well as basic math and calculator use.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• SC-approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and make cocktails using company service standards.
• Interact one-on-one with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Guide guests through their experience and demonstrate full menu knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas; work with team to address needs.
• Be positive, enthusiastic, respectful, and collaborative with staff.
