Job summary

REGATTA BAY GOLF & YACHT CL in Destin, FL is seeking a part-time Server-Bartender to greet members and guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks with a focus on hospitality. You’ll assist with events and balance transactions in a fast-paced setting by the golf course.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year in food & beverage, with strong cash handling and customer service skills. Nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; compensation is tipped.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1+ year experience in food & beverage preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of golf is a plus and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and guests in a friendly manner and seat them as needed.
• Take orders, present food and drinks, and clear items promptly.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails and handle payments.
• Balance cash and credit card receipts and assist with events/banquets.
