Job summary

REGATTA BAY GOLF & YACHT CL in Destin, FL is seeking a part-time Server/Bartender to serve golf members and guests, take orders, and manage food and drink service with the kitchen team. The role includes assisting with events and banquets as needed.

The position is tipped, requires a friendly, customer-focused approach, and supports casual dining plus special occasions at Regatta Bay Clubhouse.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in food & beverage or related field preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers/members in a friendly manner and seat them as needed.
• Answer questions about the menu, specials, and facilities.
• Mix traditional and creative cocktails.
• Build a rapport with regular customers/members to create a positive atmosphere.
• Accurately record food and drink orders and balance cash/receipts.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen staff in a timely fashion.
• Process payment from customers/members.
• Other duties as assigned.
