Job summary

Fiddlers Creek in Naples, FL is seeking a part-time Server for a seasonal 6-month assignment. You will greet guests, describe specials, take orders, and deliver meals with care. You’ll handle checks using a POS system, participate in pre-shift meetings, and maintain an organized workstation.

You may cross-train in bartending and must follow safe work practices, with valid age requirements for alcohol service. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior food service exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Customer-facing service experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and seat them, providing attentive service.
• Describe daily specials and menu items; answer questions and suggest items.
• Take orders and deliver food promptly; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle checks and cash; operate the POS system accurately.
• Follow pre-shift meetings, maintain workstation, and assist with side work.
• Set up and break down golf stations per shift; adhere to service standards.
• Cross-train in bartending; follow safety procedures and age requirements.
