Job summary

Troon operates Burnt Store Marina Country Club in Punta Gorda, FL. We are hiring a part-time Server to join our hospitality team in a fast-paced setting. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take orders, and ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read and speak English, and food safety/alcohol awareness training. Cross-training in bartending is encouraged, with benefits eligible per plan terms.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and answers questions about menu items.
• Takes and delivers food and beverages to guests.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Maintains an organized workstation and side work duties.
• Sets up and breaks down golf stations each shift.
• Manages checks and cash, uses POS system.
• Follows standard procedures for order taking and delivery.
• Cross-trains in bartending service.
