Job summary

Troon, operating Esplanade by the Islands in Naples, FL, is seeking a motivated Server to welcome guests, take orders, and ensure outstanding dining experiences. Qualifications

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training.
• Alcohol Awareness Training.
• Knowledge of POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them promptly; describe specials and answer questions about menu items.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver promptly after preparation.
• Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenish items as needed.
• Maintain an organized workstation and perform side work duties; participate in pre-shift meetings.
• Position may be cross-trained in bartending service.
