The Bethel Resort and Suites is looking for a dynamic Server Assistant/Busser to join The Millbrook Tavern at Bethel Resort and Suites in Bethel, ME. This part-time role emphasizes guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and teamwork in a busy dining environment.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and maintaining front-of-house cleanliness while working a flexible schedule with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and collaborative.
• Proficiency in English is required to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables; clear plates, glasses, and utensils after guests depart.
• Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Communicate with servers and managers about table availability and guest requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of dining room and service areas.
• Support front-of-house operations as needed during shifts.
