Aufgaben

• Assisting with client care and observations.
• Clients transported to Day Break and community outings with care and respect.
• Observe and report incidents or changes in condition to Program Director/RN.
• Share pertinent client information with Program Director and team members.
• Establish daily attendance list and coordinate client schedules.
