Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card.
• Reliable transportation, Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required.
• Home Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and designated health-related services to maintain client well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping as needed.
• Visit hospice patients and support end-of-life comfort and dignity.
