Job summary

Senior Neighbors, Inc. is seeking a part-time Nutritional Aide to assist in daily operations at the Senior Neighbors Lowell Center. You will help with congregate meals, supervise volunteers, and support clerical reporting and program development.

Standard hours are part-time with a focus on customer service and ensuring safe food handling. Requires ServSafe certification within a year and ability to work with older adults in a community setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ServSafe Food Handlers certification within one year of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup, serving and cleanup for the nutrition program.
• Supervise volunteers/staff in meal program and center projects.
• Assist in clerical and statistical reporting of the nutrition program and center activities.
• Develop activity programs, organize leaders, schedule activities, and promote participation.
