Covenant Retirement Communities & Covenant Care is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide for the evening shift to assist with meal preparation and delivery for residents. You will work closely with Dietitians and Chefs to ensure meals meet dietary needs and safety standards, while interacting with residents in a compassionate, professional manner.

Responsibilities include serving meals, maintaining a clean dining area, and adhering to all health codes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required; ServSafe training beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, meal service, and hospitality under guidance of Chef or Dietitian.
• Deliver dishes, trays, and coordinate with patient rooms.
• Maintain dining areas with cleanliness and order; manage dish, tray, and trash removal.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and healthcare regulations to ensure safety.
• Provide courteous customer service during nutrition delivery.
