Job summary

Trustwell Living of Raytown is seeking a friendly Concierge/Receptionist to welcome residents, families, and guests and provide outstanding customer service in daily front-desk operations.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, coordinate appointments, assist with light administrative tasks, and help transport residents to scheduled events, ensuring comfort and a warm, professional reception at all times.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of requests with patience and kindness.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.
• Compassion and respect for older adults and their families.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
