Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Active Living Assistant in Media, PA. The role is 20 hours/week with weekend availability, supporting residents on wellness journeys in a community that values dignity and individuality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; College Degree or equivalent preferred.
• One to two years related experience, training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Activities: Collaborate with the AL Program Director to design activities for residents transitioning to Memory Care.
• Deliver, lead, or conduct program activities timely and effectively.
• Coordinate at least one family activity per month.
• Present a professional demeanor reflecting a service-focused philosophy.
• Familiarize yourself with residents and observe ADLs and social skills.
• Encourage and motivate residents and participate in employer training.
