Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing recreational activities and events for residents.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate and participate in activities to stimulate cognitive and physical abilities.
• Collaborate with the therapy team to develop individualized activity plans.
• Monitor and evaluate activity effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity schedules.
• Assist with keeping the activity department clean and organized.
