Job summary

Bethesda Community Caregiver in Olivia, MN is seeking a part‑time caregiver to provide a safe, home‑like atmosphere and compassionate personal care. You will assist tenants with daily living tasks and life enrichment activities while monitoring changes in behavior and health.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, with duties including light housekeeping, meal support, and reporting to the RN. A nursing assistant program or agency training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a recognized nursing assistant program and in good standing with the Minnesota NA/registry.
• Experience in health care or geriatric care is desirable.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client with personal cares as identified in the assignment sheet/c care plan.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and daily living activities.
• Provide life enrichment experiences and companionship.
• Medication reminders or administration as delegated by RN.
• Report changes or concerns to RN in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
