Job summary

Bethesda Home of Aberdeen is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide routine personal care, health care support, and light housekeeping to help clients stay comfortable at home.

The position prefers CNA certification or willingness to become certified; education of 12th grade or equivalent. Shifts vary and include weekends and holidays. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and monitoring health, reporting changes to the Director.

Qualifications

• 12th grade education preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Shifts vary; weekends and holidays included.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day functions for clients.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meals and snacks; monitor intake.
• Record observations and report changes to supervisor.
• Escort clients to appointments and provide transportation.
