Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, operator of Ellore Senior Living, seeks a part-time Care Provider to assist residents with activities of daily living and daily care, enhancing independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include responding promptly to needs, maintaining dignity and safety, and communicating changes to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Criminal Background check and Health Screening/TB tests required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADL) as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, continence).
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Report any change in resident condition to supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents and guests per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
