Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity. You’ll connect with guests, share product details, and help them find exactly what they need while maintaining high standards of service.

You’ll work across the sales floor and backroom areas, collaborate with teammates, and participate in store events.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn AE selling model.
• Able to handle fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products.
• Promote the brand loyalty program.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Support team and contribute to store goals.
