Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, be the face of our company, and proudly represent our values while bringing your REAL self to work.

You’ll use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while resolving guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or customer-service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting items.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to shoppers.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Work well with the team to achieve store goals and #gettingthejobdone.
• Uphold integrity and represent AEO values in daily work.
