American Eagle is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in West Des Moines, IA to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while flexing across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.

Qualifications

• Comfortable switching between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following company policy.
• Support the team and contribute to a positive store environment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures with integrity.
