Job summary
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Sioux Falls, SD. You will bring the brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values with authenticity.
You’ll educate guests on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom. Prior retail experience is valued; you must be at least 18 and energetic to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Love interacting with people and build rapport with guests
- Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced store
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Love AE and Aerie products and communicate product benefits
- Have prior retail experience preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a 'friends first' mindset
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make tailored recommendations
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels
- Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy
- Be a team player and assist others to get the job done
- Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures
