Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience, educate on AE & Aerie products, and build brand loyalty.

You’ll rotate across salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom, engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, and promote the loyalty program while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to help them find products using the AEO Selling Model
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized recommendations
• Promote the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to guests
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy and maintain brand integrity
