• 5+ years of experience in risk assessment or a related legal field.

• Understanding of immigration law and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day rhythm of general work across our Houston, TX operation
• Read the room and adjust how you pitch Tax Law to each audience
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before they arise
• Carry general knowledge that doesn't live in any wiki yet
• Keep the TX engine running while you rebuild parts of it
• Sense when a Houston relationship needs a call, not an email
• Question the brief when the brief doesn't match reality
• Champion a positive, collaborative culture throughout the Houston, TX office
