Responsibilities

• Leads and manages the largest and/or most complex projects addressing a subject of expertise.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge to conduct research and analysis for projects.
• Lead the preparation of project reports and briefings.
• Provide expert level knowledge related to project development.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities related to a subject of expertise.
• Develop and maintain professional contacts with decision makers and contract administrators at targeted agencies.
• Lead the development of proposals and marketing efforts in areas of expertise.
• Advise management on planning, pursuit and success related to projects.
