Qualifications

• Seven years of related business management, program analysis, policy research, or stakeholder engagement experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses and presenting actionable recommendations.
• Ability to develop executive briefings, research papers, process maps, and dashboards.
• Top Secret clearance with eligibility for SCI access; classified work at government facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex council and advisory analyses and coordinate analytical work.
• Research critical infrastructure, cyber and physical security policy, legislation, and threats.
• Maintain charters, bylaws, membership structures, training artifacts, and trackers.
• Plan agendas, pre-reads, briefing packages, and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze participation and engagement outcomes to identify process improvements.
• Maintain project schedules, risk registers, and auditable analysis products.
• Prepare status summaries and support closure of recommendations and deliverables.
• Support classified meetings at approved Government facilities with proper protocols.
