Go Store It in Hickory, NC is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate to work 20-25 hours a week. Responsibilities include property maintenance such as identifying issues, fixing locks, lights, and keeping the property clean.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or other issues.
• Fix small maintenance tasks such as locks, lights, doors, toilets, and paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the property clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move‑outs by sweeping, cleaning, and preparing them for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they are operational.
• Assist customers on site and provide help as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and smooth operation of the property.
