Job summary

Go Store It - Self Storage is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Associate for the York, PA area. The role involves daily property walkthroughs, basic repairs, cleaning, unit turnover, and assisting customers on-site.

No college degree required; a valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential. We provide tools and equipment, and schedules are posted in advance. This is an on-site, part-time position with PTO eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean across hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and during trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep, clean, and prep for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers when they are on-site and need help.
