Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a Part-Time Self-Storage Maintenance Associate in Nazareth, PA to keep a facility clean and well-maintained. You will perform daily property checks, fix minor issues, and assist customers on-site, ensuring a smooth operation and a safe, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small maintenance tasks like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and basic paint/patch repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and common areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and help maintain a well-running property.
