Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile, greet each customer and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging with customers to create a personalized checkout experience.
• Guide customers to an open SCO register, supporting the SCO experience from start to finish, moving throughout the SCO area being attentive and inviting.
• Use Mobile Attendants, as needed, observing customers in service of Fast and Easy.
• Navigate customer flow being aware of the customer's shopping trip.
• Assist customers on how to use Self-checkouts properly including use of the hand scanner for a Fast and Easy checkout experience.
• Respond timely to customer inquiries and self-checkout system notifications, including Everseen if applicable, in support of a hassle-free shopping trip.
