Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Checkpoint Screener in Indianapolis, IN. You will protect client facilities and maintain safety while delivering professional customer service in a logistics and distribution environment.

The role offers a flexible part-time schedule with shifts Tue and Wed evenings, and requires at least one year of security experience; X-ray screening experience is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of security-related experience.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide security procedures, access-control, and emergency response as required.
• Screen employees, visitors, and packages entering or leaving the site.
• Operate screening equipment and escalate issues per policy.
• Respond to incidents calmly following reporting procedures.
• Conduct patrols of screening areas, docks, and entrances.
