Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Part Time Checkpoint Screener to support logistics and distribution clients. You will use X-ray screening equipment, perform inspections, and maintain a visible security presence while delivering professional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A background check is required.
• A drug screen may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by following site security procedures and access-control requirements.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and property entering or exiting the location.
• Operate screening equipment and conduct inspections, escalating concerns as needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
