Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology data center.
• Screen individuals, credentials, packages, and deliveries entering the location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization, report anomalies.
• Respond to incidents in a calm, solution-focused manner per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
