Qualifications

• 1 year of security-related experience required.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and personal property according to access-control and screening protocols.
• Monitor screening equipment and report prohibited items or suspicious activity to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly following established procedures and escalation paths.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, access points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
