Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries entering designated areas per access-control protocols.
• Operate screening equipment and inspect persons, property, packages, and vehicles, reporting prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations and required reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of screening areas and access points to deter unauthorized activity.
