• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Screen packages, shipments, and other items; identify prohibited or suspicious items.
• Monitor screening equipment and maintain logs and incident documentation as required by site policy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of loading areas, entrances, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
